Noel Devine

For the football fans out there, check out some YouTube clips of Noel Devine in high school. He just finished his freshman year with West Virgina...phenomenal. He has crazy speed, and I think he is 5'8" and maybe 170lbs. See the bottom of the page for links to some video.
