We sold our house...finally!
I guess it still isn't official until July 31st when it closes, but we finally have a signed contract. The price isn't exactly what we were looking for, in fact we won't make any money once it is all said and done:( But at least we don't have to worry about the mortgage payment anymore and we can get into our house here. We are supposed to close on the house in Severance tomorrow. The last couple of days have been very crazy trying to get all of the paper work in and coordinate things. But at least it is over, a little less worry for now.

woohoo!! Just last night I told Matt we needed to email you guys and see if the whole selling process was going through or not... Best of luck with everything between now and July 31st!! It's such a relief to have it DONE with! (and i'm sure more for you guys than it was for us since you've been waiting on pins and needles for so long!)
